Dermaplaning, or Dermaplane Pro, the solution that our office uses, is a form of exfoliation that works by using a medical-grade scalpel to remove the top layer of skin and peach fuzz on your face.
Your aesthetician or certified professional will clean your face and prepare it for exfoliation. This usually involves using a solution that opens up your pores. Then, at a 45-degree angle, the scalpel will be used to scrape the skin gently. This targets different areas and skin conditions, such as hyperpigmentation.
Lastly, a soothing serum will be applied to your skin following the treatment to maintain its pH balance and keep your skin youthful & glowing.
